Shopping Centre Information

Here at County Square we offer a fantastic range of stores in a pleasant and relaxed environment.

The Kent shopping centre has more than 600 car parking spaces with disabled parking available. We also have modern and clean customer toilets and baby changing facilities.

Poundland in County Square have an ATM and it's free to use. There is also another ATM within easy reach of the centre on Tufton Street - a mere 50 meters from the centre.

County Square has a Shopmobility service which is managed by the Customer Service Team. This service can provide both electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for people who have difficulty walking without assistance, whether it is a long term disability or a temporary problem such as a broken leg.

Customer lost property is handled by County Square Customer Services Officers. For any enquiries, please contact the Control Room at the Kent shopping centre on 01233 621196 or ask at the security office which is located between Card Factory and Fire Exit doors.
